In October 2024 an all-women team from the UK food and farming industry took on the GROW challenge in support of Farm Africa. It was an epic week of cycling 75km, camping with creepy crawlies and working at female-run regenerative agriculture farms across Embu County in Kenya. The team got back together to share their favourite moments, biggest challenges and key learnings about life for women in rural Kenya.
