Our partnerships

Philanthropy

Farm Africa is working with its network of visionary philanthropists to ensure impact is delivered fast, to where it is needed most. Transforming agriculture and lives.

Philanthropic investment

As well as funding day-to-day operations, philanthropic investment is an enormous engine of new opportunity. It unlocks co-funding and kick-starts collaborations that enable us to venture in directions that wouldn’t have been possible otherwise, and ensures that we can deliver impact and results fast, to where it is needed most.

A trusted partner

Our data-driven, award-winning approach, decades of expertise, proven project delivery and impact reporting nurture a deep connection to our work with funders and have earned us a reputation as a significant and trusted partner to multiple organisations and individuals.

612,441

Farm Africa reached 612,441 people in 2023 alone.

Our work is locally led and community-centred, and has already transformed opportunities for millions through our innovative and sustainable projects. But we know there is so much more we can do.

An invitation

We are inviting philanthropists to champion, co-fund, socially invest and advocate for our programmes and projects.

With a minimum investment of £5,000, we will work with you to align your giving aspirations to our mission and to the needs and priorities of directly impacted communities.

The impact of a visionary investment across all our countries of operation fires an agricultural slingshot at inequality, poverty, food insecurity and biodiversity loss, which means together we can bring about long-term, truly transformative change.

“I recently visited some regenerative agriculture projects in Embu County in Kenya. The farmers’ enthusiasm and their obvious pride in how new farming methods had improved their lives was infectious. By learning new techniques, they can now send their kids to school, build better houses and help others in the face of life-threatening climate change. I immediately agreed to become a member of the Giving Circle to give these wonderful women and their families a better chance in life.”

“I enjoy training farmers so much, so much. I'm very happy when my farmers become successful. In this area, regenerative agriculture has really helped women because before, the harvest was not enough for their families. Now their yields are much more than they were before. Women use their money for their families.”

“Before the [regenerative agriculture] project I was about to quit farming, but I now have plenty of food to eat and some I can sell so that I can pay for school fees for my children. I don't need to buy food any more. I have enough for me and my family and even a neighbour. When a neighbour passes by, I can give her some. We are very happy and we pray Farm Africa continue supporting us so that we can be able to use this method and help others.”
